Registration Issue
« on: February 02, 2013, 08:55:07 am »

Hi,
I reinstalled 14 a month ago & despite getting a registration key via email & attemting to restore I got the message your licence file has expired. The 30 day trial has ended and today I have had another code emailed to me with which I get the same message - my number of keys for the year are depleting and the ones I'm being sent dont work!!
Help - please  ?

You may need to install an older version.

Thanks Jim,
Have uninstalled & reinstalled got new key, now down to only 3 for the year.
Still being told my license is out of date.
I give up with J River, will look for something else.
I know it is a few years old now, but on my other PC where it does work, I resent being asked if I want to upgrade to the new version every time I open it.

The link above has links to old versions.  You have an MC14 license.  You need to install MC14.

On your other PC, turn off the "Check for updates" option.  It's in the Startup options.
