Author Topic: I have the greatest admiration for the Media Jukebox and JRiver...but  (Read 560 times)

My computer using windows xp crashed after I had bought the Jukebox. (Evidence by Credit Card) All info went with Windows which was on a new computer - two months old. I am now on the trial for one month but can find no way of contacting JRiver to reestablish what I have paid for . Surely there is some help available for this situation?? No; I have no floppy with any registration details - it was, I think, a pass code which failed with Windows. Any e-mails were lost because the crash may have been because of AOL - we moved to a new ISP. No access therefore to the e-mails.
