Cannot import ISO file (SACD) on MC 17.189 or MC18
« on: April 14, 2013, 05:12:47 pm »

Hi: I have 2 Windows 7 systems, both upgraded with latest updates. Both with MC17.189 or MC18 trial. In one of them I drag orimport succesfully an ISO file with SACD music inside. I can see all the tracks inside the iso file and play them. In the other system, i do try to import or drag the file, but it stays as ISO and no traks are imported. Instead MC asks me to "burn" a CD. So it seems it doesnt work. All the settings in the "File type" on "Data--> iso marked. Both systems the same. Can you help me find out or debug why the second system does not work. It drives me crazy. Thanks a lot.

You'll want to use MC18, not MC17 for DSD / SACD.

If a track shows up as data, delete it from the library, make sure you have the latest MC18 installed, and drag-n-drop again.
