Where is Tulio

I was looking for posts from a nice chap, who posted using 'tulio'.
Anyone know what happened to him?  I enjoyed his reasoned posts.  He was from the 'old school'.  Is he OK?

I think he said that he was leaving because too many people seemed to view a discussion as an opportunity to assert their predjudices.  But he said it more eloquently.

And, BTW, I agree that his absence is a great loss.
