Looking for DAC that does 44.1, 48, 88.2, 96, 176.4, 196 without popping

I'm looking for an asynchronous  DAC that does the sample rates listed without popping between sample rate changes (like the Xonar, for example).  It should be fully WASAPI capable and be self contained (no usb)  I have a budget of between 300-400 dollars.  Oh, and should be fully exclusive mode compliant.  Any ideas?
