how to get all videos to play at 100% instead of fit display?

Asked the question awhile back, no answer, how can i get MC18 to play my videos at 100% instead of fit window as default?

Explore the options in Tools/Options/General/Behavior.

I don't think it's an option, as the "100% size" appears to be set based on the size of the video:
