High Processor Activity in JRiver Media Center 19
« on: October 02, 2013, 03:39:15 pm »

Hi, I'm a recent purchaser of Media Center 19, exactly one week ago. Since I've installed the processor to catch-up to 100%, while activated in SearchIndexer of Windows 8. The two processes are, more or less, 40% each. I tried to reinstall but still the same. Any idea?

Double-check your auto-import settings.  It may be building thumbnails, analyzing audio, etc.

You could leave it overnight so it finishes, or turn off some auto-import tasks.

Thank you very much. I think you are right. After uncheck "Analyze audio" processor activity has dropped to normal levels. My library has about 20,000 audio files. I will check that all is well now.  :)
