Gizmo connection issue

Hello guys.

I use Gizmo application for about a year now without any problem. But for a day now I just can't connect into the server. My acces key is correct, all internet connection are correct. I have uninstall both android application and JRiver software and I still can't connect. I have followed all the instructions and I just can't understand what is the problem. When I enter the acces key, it attempting connections 6 times really fast like if it wasn't searching really, then it ask me to double check bla bla bla...

Anybody have a clue ?

Get the latest copy of MC19.  It's 19.0.60, at the top of this board.

Power down both sides.

Done, i had previously the version 19.0.54. I have restart both device and I still can't connect. I really do not know why, I haven't change anything recently

Apparently it's a problem with my server which my application can't connect into it. It try 6 times every time and it takes like 1 sec for all of them, I really do not know why...  >:(

It could be a router.  Power your whole network down and back up.

What else has changed?

Hi Jim, thanks for moving my thread to the right location.

I am pretty sure it's the network problem which my Gizmo can't connect into it. I have reset the router and nothing has changed.

Maybe in MC try Options->Media Network->Access Key->reset
to get a new access key to put into gizmo?

I did without good result.

When i tried to connect it shows my IP adress + my Port : 192.168.0.101:52199 6 times in a row. I do remember sometimes when i tried to connected before it sometimes tried 1 or 2 max DIFFERENT IP adress. So this is why I keep thinking it's a network problem. And I am so noob about all this really  :-\

Where are you seeing those multiple addresses? In JRemote?

Sorry, I meant Gizmo.
Can you go to application settings for your phone/pad and clean Gizmos data storage and cache (if there)?
Then put your code back in Gizmo again and see if it works properly.

I am having the same problem.  Strangely, I can control MC with my phone using the BubbleUPNP Android controller, but can't login to the server with Gizmo. Have rebooted evrything, and have the latest version on the phone.
