Do you have "VideoClock" turned on?

No. I didnt turn it on.

I found out it is cause by the JPlay ASIO driver.
Once I set it back to WASAPI everything works fine.
But I do want to use JPlay, how can I make it works?

JPlay is not JRiver product. It does nothing useful - most of the time it does "nothing" but some times it causes problems.
