my river

iphone 4s  .. ios 7 lates version
sti in the trial version of the program
got the ap my river
created the accsec key
autentication is on   and i made a acound
when i conect the app to the pc  a inlog screen pops up and asks for my acound name and pasword.
when i fill in the name and pasword and pres oke ,  its just pops up again  and i cant get past that  please help

Maybe you mean JRiver's Access Key and login.  The login and password are set in MC.  Please take a look here:
