Failure to load media center 19

I have had MC 19 for several months. 
I am now unable to start the program.

I have an error message that says:

Media failed to load C:\Program Files (X86)\JRiver\MediaContents\Media Editor.exe
Please reinstall.

When I attempt to reinstall I receive the same error message.
Please  help.

It sounds like you're trying to start Media Editor instead of Media Center.  They're both executables in the install path.

You might uninstall, reboot, then download and install the latest MC19.

I tried that, but it won't let me uninstall.
