add 'Pause' in functions

Please consider adding a "PAUSE" button to the Handheld Sync function and the file conversion function.

Currently, stopping the process requires Handheld to re-analyze everything before resuming which can be a long process on large Handhelds, especially when drives are used to simulate a handheld for the purpose of creating an mp3 copy of a flac library.
