I would love native support for some online services but in the meantime I came up with something which works well. 

1) Login to your Pandora through the web.
2) Click Share this Station and send yourself an email
3) Copy the URL from the button
4) Open Theater View and setup a New Category named Pandora
5) Inside that category add an External Page and give it the name of your station and URL from your email

I threw in about 10 stations now and works pretty well.

You can't with the MCE remote pause play and all that so it's not perfect but you can stop and start the station easily with the remote. 

If anyone needs a better How to let me know I can add some screenshots.

You could also add the URL to a playlist and then play it in Theater View.

Ahh that is also an easier way to do it thanks for the tip.

I think I will leave it the way I have as I already did the work.  I also like this way as I have a Theater view category called Pandora and a list of stations under it vs going into Playlists, Open the Playlist and select the station.

Since I want to be able to click those buttons in the webpage that loads and since I have wanted something better for awhile I ordered the Rii remote from Amazon(http://www.amazon.com/Rii-Wireless-Multmedia-Mouse-Keyboard/dp/B00BQU9NVK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1388430173&sr=8-1&keywords=rii)

Lets hope it works good and plays well with JRiver
