Hello,
Today help/F1 from JRiver give this message :

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/redirects/MC/v19/redirect.pl on this server.


Apache/2.2.22 (Debian) Server at www.musicex.com Port 80

There is a problem with the redirects on that server currently, which impacts some of the "online" related functionality of MC.  This is related to the work done on JRiver's main web server this morning.  They are aware of the issue and are working on a resolution.

Please Note: The Access Key system is not impacted currently, I believe.
