PAL TV: movie unknown fps-Smooth Motion not activated

Just noticed that Smooth Motion was not activated (60Hz monitor, PAL DVB-T TV). SM always set to "enabled/only if there would be motion judder..." and it was always auto-enabled. Ctrl-J reports "movie unknown fps" and I have to manually enable SM with a keyboard shortcut to make it work (override). The "always" SM setting also does not enable it.

edit: using 19.0.137, Custom video mode with LAV/madVR - also tried ROHQ (strangely, ROHQ won't deinterlace).

It seems this is not madVR related. Problem remains with PAL TV (fps not detected) on Red October too, so Automatic Display Change does not work either.

Automatic display change feature is never implemented for live TV playback.  I have only recently made a kludge to fix the incorrect frame rate for some TV devices.  Maybe now I can consider implementing the feature.

Ah ok, didn't know that. It'd be great to have it for TV, too.  :)
