Removing duplicate albums

Hi! Over time my music collection has grown organically. Now I wish to trim down my space requirements by removing duplicate files (may be in different formats). Any suggestions on how to show duplicates so that I can easily make an informed decision whether to delete duplicates? Thanks!

Sorting by song title would seem to be the easiest. I seem to remember iTunes having a "show duplicates" feature. I don't know if JRiver has something similar.

I just spent two weeks manually getting rid of duplicate songs title and was pretty much complete.  I then upgraded to MC20 and it undid everything.  I get duplicates of 3 files or greater on every song???  Maybe I have something set up incorrectly causing this to happen any input would be appreciated.

Back up in the old version and restore in the new.

Check your import settings.
