Xbox One or Ps4 App (Gizmo?)

Now that the Xbox and PS are x86 compatible apps are appearing for browsing and watching content on it. Plex is one example that recently announced one for the Xbox One.

Are there any plans for a Theater View-like front end for the X1 or Ps4?
