Ripping CD to flac - uppercasing song names in tags?
« on: December 06, 2014, 02:22:47 pm »

I've been away from Media Center for awhile and just installed MC 20.

In my old MC setup, 'Name' tags in ripped flac files had the first letter of each word capitalized ... always (I vaguely recall updating a setting to do this).  It's not happening by default in MC 20 (nor would I expect it to, but I'd like to add a setting to do so).

In other words, I'd like to set the options which appear in 'Clean Library Fields' so that they are automatically applied when the tags are written in the first place.

Is this doable?

Thanks!
Ivan

It's called "Title Case".

tools>options>General> then look for "Online Meta Data" choose Disk Look up Capitalization

or tools>options> and on the bottom of the box that opens up u can use key words to search such as...Title Case
