Hi - I recently installed Win8.1 and restored my library and settings from Win7. I see frequent video stuttering in Win8.1 which was absent in Win7. I also have XBMC (Kodi) installed and it plays the same video without issues. I assume this is likely due to some madvr or other video settings that doesn't work well in Win8.1 compared to Win7. What is the best way to find the source of this and fix it? Is there a way to reset the video settings to try to do it from scratch?

All my video resides on a NAS and I define the files directly as \\Tower\movies whereas XBMC defines the network path as smb:\\Tower\movies. Is there any difference in these definitions to network performance?

Thanks!
