JRiver Media Center 19

I upgraded to version 19.  I ripped a new disc and tried to sync it into my android phone.  It will not sync.  I get the error message "insufficient rights or unsupported file types".  It is not a bootleg disc and I have never had this problem syncing other albums onto my phone.  HELP! ?

When did you install MC19?  It isn't current any longer.

Android changed something that causes some phones not to work.
