Purchase problem

Hi!
I just bought a Master licence for MC 20.
I installed a trial version of MC 20 some weeks ago and removed an older MC 19 at the same time. I had a licence for MC19. The trial period for MC20 has now passed and I can´t use the program. So I bought a master licence since I also have a MAC with a MC19 installed.
Now when I got the registration code I put it into the restore license window. We are talking Windows now. The program said the install of the license was sucessfull, but the program do not start. I tried again, and for each time I get an message I have fewer and fewer restors left. Wonderful. What the %&/% am I supposed to do with the licence key?? The looong key I get with an email??
This is really driving me nuts.

Please install the latest build from the top of this forum.  It's required for the Master license to work.

Thanks. It worked.
I have used 4 of 10 restores just to get the purchase activated. Are the ramaining 6 restores or both MAC and Windows installations?
Could I have the restores restored since this was not due to reinstallation or anything such.

The admins are just going to tell you not to worry about the # of restores left, should you run out just post politely here and they will be restored. that .mjr file attached with your email should be used for the next 14 days when licensing MC. thats what that is for and it does not use up restores....just move it to your desktop of the pc to license open up or install MC and then double click the .mjr.....hope you enjoy MC as much as i do....
