Registration error [resolved]

Hi.

I am all new to this forum and JRiver.
I have an issue when trying to register the software.
When i doubleclick on the reg file, it says ok and the i copy/paste the reg kode and again ok.
However, the software seems to be unregistered,
I now have 7 restores left?

Please if someone can help me grasp this, for me apperently hard issue :-)

Welcome to the forum.  Please see the "Purchase" link above for details on licensing.

The Install Key is only good for 14 days.  You must do a restore after that.  Make sure you have installed the correct version and that it matches your license.

I have looked at the purchase link, but i must be misunderstanding it.

I downloaded it, double clicked the file and copy/pasted the code.
Is says ok each time, but does not register.

It has imported all my music, therefor an uninstall is not my first choice :-)

Please double check the Purchase link.  It has everything I know about licensing.

If you purchased a Master License, please try the next build (out in a few hours on the forum).

I just wonder, will it stay unregistered until the 30 days has past, and show it is registered?
Just done it again, double clicked the file, and this time the code was filled in.
I now have 6 times left this 12 month period.

I just tested your license with build 20.0.59 and it worked Ok. 

If you have an older build installed previous to 59 and try to restore this new master license, it will say it installed Ok but the software will still say unregistered.  So I think you just need to download the latest build from the top of the build thread "JRiver Media Center 20.0.59 for Mac -- Available Here", install it and then try running it.  I'll reset your restore count.

It now works as registered.
I did not pay enough attention to the version i downloaded yesterday.
