HI,

I have purchased via Paypal and I have used the key and also the restore but the license does not install.

The following are what I did:
1.  On a laptop with Windows 7 Pro64, I purchased the license via paypal and using Firefox.  The laptop used does not have an installed MC 20.
2.  I was issued the registration code and also downloaded the key.  I did not auto-install in this laptop and just downloaded the key.
3.  I copied the key into my music server with an installed MC 20 20.0.47 and Windows Server 2012 R2.
4.  I used both the registration code for 4 times already and also used the key for several times.
5.  When using the key, it says installation is a success. But when I check in the Help/Registration Info, it is still not registered and is still a trail version.

Please help..... need to know what to do next.

You need to download and install from the Download Page.  It's a newer version.

Thanks Jim.

It's now updated.  Used the update command within MC20 and also works.  Used the key and MC20 is now registered.
