JRemote won't connect

I helped a friend setup his laptop with jriver 19 and jremote yesterday.  All was fine and JRemote worked

He moved the laptop to his network and now jremote will not connect.

JRiver uses same code to connect.  Using the ipaddress method does not work either.

Firewall turned off on laptop yesterday and today.

We ran netstat and it appears port 52199 is not listening. 

Could this be issue? 

If so, why did it work yesterday?

Try generating a new Access Key.

Problem solved

He went to a different version of jriver and forgot to tick the media network box.
