Quiet voices on video?
« on: January 31, 2015, 08:38:11 am »

Its happening g on one film so far, in the past it was fine with this film but now voices seem very quiet and a lot of echo.
I didn't change any settings, any ideas?
The film is tinkerbell secret of the wings, its an avi file, audio is five channel, 448 kbps, 48khz. I am connected to a two channel amp.
Is JR trying to play 5 channels?

If your output is always 2 channel, you should go to Settings -> Audio -> DSP & Output Format, and on the Output Format tab set Channels to Stereo, that way it'll ensure that all audio is properly converted to stereo and no channels are lost.

Thank you, it seems the output format box on the ;left of dsp studio settings wasn't checked.
