license for older versions

sorry but wasn't sure where to post this question.  I own licenses for both v16 and v20.  for reasons i won't go into i would like to run v18 along side my other versions.  How do i get a license for v18?  Does the Master LIcense allow you to install any version?

That license is no longer available.  The Master License is an MC20 license.
