Version 20 Not showing all of Version 19 Files

Upgraded to V20 but many of the V19 files are not showing. While I didn't take a complete inventory, it was obvious that items that I recently added in V19 were not in V20.
I went back to V19 and everything was there.

Back up in MC19 and restore in MC20.

Some of your files probably aren't being imported because your auto import settings are different.

Hmm
If I never changed any import settings from the very beginning, why would the newest additions not be coming over to MC 20?
I ran a back up of MC19 and restored in MC 20 but the missing files didnt follow
