Gizmo not working

hi guys

is there a troubleshooter for this? its not connecting this morning. I have a good wifi connection, ive tested in j river and its fine, but it just wont connect and doesnt give any error messages. What are you supposed to do in this situation?

Was there talk of a new remote around the corner or did i dream it?

It's probably a network problem.  Power everything down and back up.  Phone, PC, router, modem, etc.

It isn't a Gizmo problem.

So are you saying there is never any problem with Gizmo? It was definately not a network problem as I extensively tested that. I managed to get it working in the end by resetting the media network in JRiver and generating a code, but I dont see why that was necessary
