MC19 w/JRemote won't sync playlists and views

Can anyone assist me with getting the playlists that I create on JRiver on to JRemote and vice versa?   This works just fine on my Windows 7 JRiver but for some reason MC19.0.124 won't cooperate.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just updated to 19.0.163.... no change.  Must be something in the settings?

You can't create a playlist in JRemote and then save it in MC.
