Purchase failed. Paypal site is NOT down

I just purchased MC 10 using Paypal. The Paypal Support page keeps saying "The Paypal site appears to be down." It's not - and neither is any of their backend system, which I use myself for receiving payment on my own sites. everything is up an working properly.

I would very much like to have my registration code now that I've paid for it. So can someone please look into this and get it sorted out? Thanks.

It's the right place to solve the problem.  If our server thinks Paypal is down, then it may be so.

We'll take a look at this tomorrow.

It should work this time, if not drop a note here.

It does look like PayPal was down at the time you were unable to get your license. The first four attempts timed out connecting to the PayPal server. This happens on occasion, but I've never seen 4 in a row like that. I suspect something might have been going on there.

In any case, please try again and let me know if it works this time.

Tried again - several hours later. It would appear the time-out period has been significantly increased - but it still times out eventually.

I am not having any trouble with payPal - all functions front-end and back-end (that I use - same as you I think)  seem to be working just fine from here in New Zealand.

Any chance of processing this manually? My trial-period has expired and I'm missing my soundz. Using Windows Media - but, well, it sux.

Use the e-mail you used to register with us, not your PayPal e-mail.

I'm still getting PayPal timeouts. These are not the normal functions you access from the web, and I don't know why they are happening. But I set your account to "approved", so using the right e-mail (don't bother with the PayPal transaction ID) should get you a license. I'll be up for a bit longer, so let me know here if it works.

They had server problems last month too for 2-3 days
