Hello, I am a licensed user of MC19. But today I cannot open it. I don't understand what happened. I tried to input my permanent key but failed. I downloaded temporary install key but windows popped up saying your key is not valid. Seemingly I received temporary install keys for MC 17, not for MC19. Please check my condition.

I've found your MC19 license and e-mailed it to you. You can do this for yourself next time. Here is how licensing works:
