Tree reset to default when starting MC

OK ,i spend time deleting things i do not need in the tree.
But when i open MC ,the tree is back like before.
Anyway to do it as i want ?
If of any importance i deleted pannes before setting the tree.

Some things can't be removed.  What did you delete?

Look like that with the last beta ,most of the items i delete do not come back.
The most important thing to me ,my Auto Smartlist [music] does not reverse to default now.

Still back when restarting MC;
-Recently played
-Top Hits.

But this is not big deal.
It was the Auto Smartlist [music] who drived me nut.
I can do with the 2 others.
