I think TV needs improving if that is the case.

Channel changing is too slow
Multiple tuner types still have problems being detected
Grouped channels with signal issues do not automatically try another tuner
Guide is still not great
Guide data needs massive improvements especially around data available on the feed

Comments on your problems.

Both of the first two may be related to the specific hardware you have.  Try updating drivers.  If you've started a thread on this, please bump it.

Guide problems are probably related to the EPG data changes made by Microsoft and are not MC problems.  Are you still using MC20?  Many EPG problems are fixed in MC21.

WMC does not have a problem with the first 2 issues of slow changing and multiple tuners (Yaobing has already stated that if no signal is found he does not try another tuner)

I understand guide changes are being made. I am only adding comments like you asked!

I too find it a bit sluggish when changing channels still (MC21) if I compare it with sage.  But It may have gotten a bit better I'm not sure...The guide is indeed however getting better and better on new versions of MC21.
