Problem persists with version  21.0.24 - see my post under 21.0.19 reply 23 for screenshots.
Additional information:
- as recommended Bitstreaming (DSD) playback selected
- IFI is the Default Device

Sound quality is great in other formats!

What am I missing?

Do other DSD files play OK with the same settings (DSD64, DSD128)?

DSD256 also does work when bitstreaming over DoP in Windows, maybe this is something similar to that issue?

Please install the latest build 21.0.25 which has a possible fix for this problem.  Let us know if it works for you.

Just tried the latest 21.0.25 and both my iFi micro iDSD and Chord Mojo can play DSD256 on DoP now.
At last, this is fantastic.

Looking forward to the Windows version getting the same treatment, because iFi has ASIO direct DSD but Chord Mojo only supports DoP.

Yes! Another vote for ASIO support on the Mac side . . . .

FYI - There is a new firmware for iFi micro iDSD for Windows, and DoP256 is working well in MC.

I'll test my Vega when it gets back with DSD256, but so far so good.

I may try the iDSD using SPDIF for 8x DSD and see how it performs.
