rc_main.dll crash
« on: February 23, 2016, 11:27:21 am »

Any idea why my MC running on Windows 10 (build 21.0.48) keeps crashing due to rc_main.dll. I've uninstalled, reinstalled and it still does it.

Any other suggestions how to cure this.

Thanks.

Rebooted multiple times and no AV. Windows defender disabled.

Can you post a log here after reproducing this crash?

Please try this copy of rc_main (you might need to upgrade to the latest for it to work):
http://files.jriver.com/temp/rc_main.dll

Does that work?

Thanks.

Thanks Matt,

I got the .50 build and your new DLL. Will see how it goes and report back.

The call to GetRawInputData(...) returned a really little size, but we used it like it had a structure in it anyway.

At least that's my best guess.
