Missing MP3 encoders

I just purchased MC 21.  When I go to the encoder options there is only Monkeys Audio listed.  How do I get the Lame encoder to be listed.  My previous versions of Media Center had Lame, Windows, and other encoder ripping options.  Thanks.

The MP3 encoder is a separate download.  Just try anything that uses it.
