I'm current using version 20 and just purchased pre-order for version 22.

At the time of purchase I forgot to use my previous registration name and then resulted to a different name when I use version 21.

My question is: Who shall I contact in JRiver to get a new registration code back to my preferred name?

I need an invoice for my college, i want to be refund by my school not by JRiver.
We made a television channel.
How can i have an invoice.

If you're just looking for an invoice(Which I gather, and not trying to get a refund).  How did you pay. If paypal, you can just to there and print out the transaction. I'm not sure JR will give you an official invoice...although it might be something they should for situations like this.
