1. Handles UZB removal well on Windows, no more high cpu usage.
2. Has a status command.
3. Has a database location command.
4. Finds devices COM10 and above.
5. Logging now works to the appdata directory.
6. App is now signed.
7. Protects against multiple instances. Popup message says it's already running, look in system tray.
8. Popup message at startup indicates that app is running in the system tray, in case user wonders where it's at. Can be disabled.
9. About dialog now has image, JRiver link, and build version.
Known bugs:
1. When another app is started up, sometimes the right-click Engen menu will show for a 1/2 second and then go away. Work-around: click any other window on the desktop and then try the Engen menu.
2. The uninstaller program doesn't work right. Work-around: just install new versions right over the top of the old ones.
