Mouse versus Touch Screen
« on: June 19, 2016, 04:50:42 am »

Hi All,

Moving here from a McIntosh music server background. Got JRiver on demo and I'm blown away. However, cant see myself at a desk with a mouse for playing music. Is there a touch screen app; is there concise guidance on how that can be deployed? Grateful for your help.

Welcome aboard :)

If you're on a windows machine, you can try theater view, though opinions on its touch screen suitability vary.

There are a couple of apps for devices that are pretty good - Gizmo for Android, JRemote for iOS or Android, EOs for both as well.

All these options are great for playback.

Welcome to the forum.

There is a touch screen skin for Theater View.

The wiki has a topic called Remotes.
