Everything has been rolling along smoothly until just now.. tried to play music as normal and suddenly I'm getting the following: "Playback could not be started on the output 'WASAPI' using the format '44.1 kHz 2ch..'

So, I'm on MC 21 v90 and the only major difference is that I just updated to v90. AFAIK, there have been no other changes. This did happen a while back tho (maybe a clue?): http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=105787.0

I'm pretty sure I've listened to music in the meantime tho...  ?

A while back I bought the iPhone app and changed this http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=105787.0 setting within the app, could that have caused this?? On my server?

I believe that it's due to a Realtek driver bug.  You can use MC's DSP Studio > Output Settings to convert to 48K.
