hello
i purchased jriver using paypal and i cant register the licence .

i tried doing it via the link to paypal but it doesn't work and i get the message :We could not authenticate your transaction.
at this point every time i open the app i need to insert my licence key.

my version is 21.0.83 and still trial

Please download and install MC22.

You have an MC22 license.  You don't need to go to Paypal.  You only need to restore your license.

Use copy and paste.

before i install version 22
do i have to uninstall version 21 and if so will my playlist be erased (i have already a library of 120GB and a lot of playlist)
how can i keep my playlists

Make a library backup in MC21, then restore it in MC22.

Or if you leave MC21 installed, MC22 should just pick it up when it's installed.
