Hi,

everybody having a nickname it's almost impossible to know whether forum members being males or females.

Besides Lise and Lisa, are there any other females behind all those nicknames on this board?

Or is Media Center a toy just for the big boys?

Actually in all seriousness,
you all are a great bunch of people.

Where else can a girl indulge in chat, both technical chat and some light-hearted funning around,
without her comments & input being ignored because she is a woman,
and moreover, without someone, somewhere along the way hitting on her?

I must commend the people using this board as well as the hosts and moderators.

Well, the reason I was wondering is very simple!

I have invited for next saturday a group of ladies to my home to watch my collection of over 600 world famous paintings that I tagged and manage with MC9. They are all art lovers.
One thing is enjoying the paintings amd music on the TV screen, the other thing is understanding MC9, whether they will be able to run it by themselves?

By the way, tomorrow is my first day of being 51!

No hangup now, Jag. Thanks & very nice painting...

Kind of reminds me of a Night Gallery episode where this guy regularly swings by this art gallery to admire a certain painting (somewhat like yours...it is a guy in a boat fishing on a lake with no one else around...total peace and serenity). He gets in trouble (somehow) and is on the run from the law. He breaks into the gallery and stands in front of the painting (which he can't really see, for it's dark)...wishing very hard that he were that guy in the painting. Well...his wish comes true and he dissappears. The next morning, the painting is shown again, only it is no longer the peaceful lake scene...it is an agonizing scene inside a medievel torture chamber with him in a stock, about to be beheaded!
