Hello,

I have a strange behaviour in a second Windows PC where was installed JRiver 22 before.

I have purchased the JRiver 22 license at the promotional price sometime ago.
It works fine in my everyday PC.
And at that time (May 27th 2016) I installed in another PC, connected in the same LAN.
And it worked well. JRiver 22 too.

This second PC is used sometime only.
I formatted it because the Windows register was ruined, and I loaded the original Win7 from zero with success, all the updated included (2 days job).

Finally I have installed again the JRiver 22.

I asked for an installation key and I received it but for JRiver 20.
Of course it doens't work with JRiver 22.
I have unistalled JRiver 22, installed jriver 20 and then patched with the license received.
And works well.

Why cannot I have a JRiver 22 installation key?
In my master PC when I check the license it appears a valid JRiver 22, with my name.

any help?

Easiest way is to do a quick search of your email and find the email with the MC22 registration code (mine is titled Registration Code for JRiver, Inc. Media Center 22 Windows). Install MC22 on your computer, somewhere in the Help drop down menu is a way to activate MC22 with just the registration code.

JRiver will also email you an installation key that's good for like 20 days.

You used a different email address for the MC22 license.  Let me know if you want one changed.  I'm jimh at jriver.

remember me please the mail gave when I upgraded to JRiver 22.
I tried all my alternatives mail (only 2) but I haven't received nothing.
So I am confused.

And I searched in the mailing list, but no one of my mail is present but [removed by JimH]

And I haven't found the mail where I have received the Install Key so i am double confused.
The .mjr file is dated 27/05/2016.

I would like to clear the matter.

You used a different e-mail addresses.  I changed it to your forum address and sent you your licenses again.
