Please Help About Purchasing

I just purchased MJ 8 and it has never been activated. What's going on?

Two days ago a friend installed the program I liked it and I wanted to buy it but it doesn't work. Why? The program version is ...399.. Please help me it's urgent. It always says 'failed to restore'

Use Internet Explorer 5.5 Or Higher

If your Using IE

Click On Tools, Internet Options

General Tab

Temp Internet Files, Push The [Delete Files] Button

Then Try To Install MJ8

Hey thanks but it didn't work.. It still keeps saying 'failed to restore' what should I do now? I'd really appreciate if you can help me more..

Are you using IE?

Where are you when it says "Failed to restore"?

Please post your system info from MJ Help by doing a copy and paste.

it has been this way since the beginning.. Since the time the page automatically installed the code....(after purchasing)

I then tried to restore throught code file I downloaded on the computer but it always says 'failed to restore'

I tried 'Restore Page' several times but it doesnt work either way

It's hard for us to tell what is going on. If you could give us the exact series of steps you are going through and the exact responses you are getting back, it will help us track down your problem.

Today I formatted my PC, which Ive been planning to do for some time, and I tried to doit all over again and it worked!! I must admit I still don't understand why this happened but I'm happy now. I'd like to thank you and apologize if I led you to confusion..
