Hi yall, I'm looking to get the below info to a MC dev.  I'm a SoundSpectrum dev looking into an issue with our visualizers with MC and it's not clear if the issue I'm working in on our side or JRiver's side (probably ours, but it affects JRiver only).

It’s easy to reproduce:  basically, when one of our visuals (G-Force, Aeon, etc) is the active visual, the theater mode UI dialog/selection box doesn’t respond to user clicks or the RETURN key.  To repro: install G-Force, start MC, make GF the active visual, start theater mode, play a track, try to exit theater view (or just use the UI and see what you notice).  Also, probably related, another user said:

The next symptom is some actions will not complete in standard mode with a file playing and G-Force active. To reproduce start a file playing with G Force active. Attempt to rename or delete another file(Not the one Playing) nothing will happen. When the file is stopped the requested action may occur. 

Any JRiver person kindly send me your info (full name and email) and I'll get you a copy of G-Force Platinum for testing.  Also, if you just want to get into reproducing it asap, the free trial version also reproduces this issue, so just go to http://www.soundspectrum.com/g-force/download.html

Great, thanks!  I emailed him this morning but wasn't sure since it's been years.  He got back to me before I knew it! Looking forward to fixing whatever is going on with our stuff!

Just a heads up that I worked with Andy and hopefully this will be sorted next build.

I know this is a late reply but I am a JRiver 22 and SoundSpectrum user (Aeon, G-Force and WhiteCap).

I noticed too the bug, I could get around it by clicking STOP while playing music in JR theather mode before hitting escape and get the dialog box.
When done properly the dialog/selection box would respond.

I hope this can help.

Also I did not renew my Spectrum licences because of the bug.
When it is addressed I'd be glad to know about it and renew my licences.
