first off thanks to Spike1000 and wagenveld for their great help with my first NAS question. Problem solved! Now I'm hoping to stream hi rez audio files to a JRiver MC Windows PC when the Synology NAS is not on the same LAN as the PC. Is there a way to do this either via third party software or other methods? I frequently do this via a web browser, but it's clear all playback reverts to 44/48 kHz when doing so - even if the file being played back is 176/192 kHz or DSD 2.8/3.1 MHz. Thanks in advance for your time
