Alexa / JRiver

OK - I am new here and I apologize because I am sure there is a thread here somewhere but the ones I am finding appear outdated.  Anyway, I had JRiver / House Band working with Alexa fine until I tried it today.  Now Alexa says it cannot find my media server.  Media Server is running, firewall and router port forwarding has not changed (verified).  JRiver can find my server online. Alexa app disabled and re-enabled and account is linked.  My computer server runs 24-7 and has not had a dropout or downtime in between it working and not working.  Have tried to reboot and reset Alexa, rebooted the server, JRiver, etc.  still no go.  Alexa finds the internet no problem and other things work ok.   Help!  I am out of ideas and appreciate any suggestions.  You can also email me directly at Tmgraywolf@sbcglobal.net as I am in and out of this forum.
