Who can one contact if there is a problem with the Licence Database and how does one contact them?  I have paid my subscription but don't appear in the database.  as a result I cannot reactivate following a system crash. :o

We don't provide a subscription.  If you have a version 8 or 9 license, you can recover it from the "restore page".

Details on licensing are here:

Jim,
This is exactly my problem.  I licenced Media Centre on 2 March paying my $34.98 by credit card.  I lost my licence code e-mail when my system crashed  and the restore page of the Licence Database denies all knowledge of me.  What can I do?
Andy :(

Andy - the restore page was case sensitive last time I used it with the e-mail checking.

Make sure your using the right casing (try a few variations).

Otherwise it's gonna be up to Jim as I dont work for them I cant promise anything, I'm sure they can dig u up from ur CC number thou :)

Andy,

You should be receiving an e-mail with your information.

Thanks for the help, but I haven't received anything in my e-mail.  Perhaps that's the problem - a corrupted e-mail address.  Rather than post here, I will try to send by messenger to John.

Andy, just a thought.......

If you're using hotmail, did you check in your bulk mail folder?
