Having to re-enter license
« on: February 12, 2017, 04:15:53 am »

Hi,
I keep getting asked to re-enter my license, being told that my 'trial period' has expired.
I have been using JRiver for some time now and have been registered all the time.
What concerns me is that my ability to 're-register' keeps going down!
What happens when I can no longer do it?

Regards,

Tim Green

It can easily be reset by asking here. You need to find out what is causing this. changing the name of PC will do it, using a reg cleaner can do it, security software can do it. make sure you are logged on as the administrator of PC

when you insert your registration key you should automatically receive a email with an attachment that can be used for 14 days before it expires

I think that happened to me after Win10 did its big Anniversary update.

But I don't see how an anti-virus can "unregister" or remove/delete the registration information from the program once it is registered.
