Media Center 22 will not start after purchase

I uninstalled. I turned off my firewall. I installed. I rebooted. I entered license code on on startup up. Then the application never started. I rebooted and it still does not start. Gives me the pop up to reboot again.

This is frustrating. Running latest windows 10.

Antivirus software occasionally causes problems like this.

A firewall would normally not cause the problem.
